Emotional fluidity is a timeless skill. Emotions are not fixed points, but rather valleys on a landscape of possible experiences. Knowing how to transition between these valleys can better prepare you for any moment; from the pleasure of connection to the stress of conflict.
I’ve created a game about this traversable landscape of emotions. It’s based on enactivism, a cognitive science theory about the relationships between an organism and its environment. You can read more about enactivism here.
